What is a good RecensioAI Score in my industry?
How to compare your score with other businesses and what to realistically aim for.
Table of Contents
Compare with your own area, not with the average
A score of 70 can be excellent in an industry where almost nobody replies to reviews, and middling in one where everybody does.
So the comparison that counts is your score next to the businesses in your category and your region. You see that in the app under Competitors, and in your scan.
Realistic targets
Just started or just connected: aim for 55 to 65 in the first month. You get there by switching on replies and finishing your profile.
After three months of active use: 75 to 85 is normal, because by then your reviews are fresh and your reply rate is high.
90 or higher: that is the top, and it asks for maintenance. A post each week, keep sending requests and keep your website current.
What weighs more per industry
The weights are the same for everybody, but the win sits in a different place per industry.
Hospitality: review count and freshness. Plenty of customers walk in, so asking pays off quickly.
Trades and installers: a complete profile and services, because people search for one specific job.
Clinics and practitioners: replies and private feedback, because care weighs heavily in the choice.
Shops: photos and opening hours, because those get clicked before anyone walks in.
Use your score as direction, not as a report card
The score exists to show you where the next point is. Every point hangs on something a customer really notices: an answer under a review, opening hours that are right, a photo of your place.
Going from 60 to 75 is not just a number. That is a profile that looks better at the moment somebody chooses.
