Why did my RecensioAI Score go down?
The normal reasons your score drops, and what to do about each one.
Table of Contents
The normal reasons
Your reviews are no longer fresh. If no new reviews came in for 90 days, that part of your score drops. Customers look at the date too.
Reviews are sitting open. New reviews without an answer lower your reply rate straight away.
A lower review pulled your average down. Especially when your review count is small.
Something disappeared from your profile. Google sometimes reverts opening hours or a description, or leaves a change pending.
Your website was briefly unreachable. The website part loses points until it is back online.
Private feedback is sitting open. Feedback without follow-up costs points in the responsiveness part.
How to find it out in 2 minutes
Open your score page in the app. At the bottom you see every check with the points you earned and the maximum.
Look for the lines where you do not have full points. The action to take is written right there. Compare it with your previous visit: at the top you see how much your score changed.
Sometimes it is not a drop
Two things look like a drop but are not:
We could check more than before. Connect your website or your profile and checks join in that were previously left out. Your score becomes more complete, and sometimes a little lower at first.
A new score version. If we change the calculation, it is noted at the bottom of your score page with the version number.
