1. Three ways to request deletion
a. Disconnect inside the app (fastest)
Sign in to your RecensioAI dashboard and go to Settings → Integrations. Next to the Meta integration (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Threads or Messenger), click 'Disconnect'. We automatically revoke all Meta access tokens and delete all cached Meta data (posts, reviews, messages, profile metadata) within 30 days.
b. Email request to support
Send an email to support@recensioai.com with the subject 'Data deletion request'. Include the email address of your RecensioAI account and, if applicable, the name of the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number, Threads profile or Messenger ID. We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
c. Delete your entire account
In the dashboard under Settings → Account you'll find the 'Delete account' button. This revokes all integrations (including every Meta platform) and erases all data tied to your account within 30 days. Legally required records (such as invoices) are retained for the duration of our statutory retention obligations.
2. What gets deleted?
For Meta platforms we delete, among other things:
- Meta page and user access tokens (stored encrypted)
- Cached posts, reviews, comments and direct messages
- Profile name, avatar and page metadata
- Webhook subscriptions and integration settings
- AI-generated drafts based on Meta content
Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer be traced back to you may be retained.
3. Timeline
- Confirmation: within 7 days
- Meta token revocation: immediately on disconnect
- Full erasure: within 30 days
- Removal from encrypted backups: up to 90 days
4. Deleting at Meta itself
If you also want content or messages removed at Meta itself, do that via your own Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads or Messenger account. RecensioAI has no ability to delete public content on those platforms on your behalf once the connection has been disconnected.
