- Email and WhatsApp support are included in every plan
- Phone support is included per plan: START 30 min/month, PRO 60 min/month, MULTI 120 min/month
- Extra phone support: €20 excl. VAT per started quarter hour, billed monthly
- Unused support minutes expire at the end of the month and do not roll over
- Onboarding is included once at the start of your subscription
- If you cancel and later reactivate, a new onboarding/reactivation fee applies
- Phone support and onboarding are currently available in Dutch and English. The dashboard supports most languages

Why credits? A little transparency.
We're not a credit-first company — we'd rather you forget credits exist. SMS and WhatsApp are delivered through trusted third-party carriers (Twilio, Meta), and every message has a real per-send cost that we pay on your behalf. Each plan ships with a healthy monthly allowance designed to cover the typical business. You only ever need to top up if you outgrow your plan's pool in a given month — and even then, what you pay simply covers the carrier cost, with no markup games.
