Send review requests

Open the Requests page

Click Requests in the sidebar. At the top you see your balance: how many emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages you can still send this month. SMS and WhatsApp are paid credits.

Send a single request

Enter name, email or phone and click 'Send'. The message automatically contains your Smart Review Link. The customer receives the invitation within seconds.

Bulk via Excel

Click 'Bulk upload' and drag in a CSV or Excel with columns `first_name, email` (and optionally `phone`). Max 500 rows per upload. We auto-filter duplicates and invalid addresses.

Connect a Google Sheet (auto-watch)

Working from a Google Sheet (POS export, Zapier, Make, a form)? Open the Google Sheet tab and paste the shared link.

Prepare your sheet: 1. Add a header row with columns: `first_name`, `email` (optionally `phone`, `channel`). 2. Share the sheet as 'Anyone with the link can view' — otherwise we can't read it. 3. Paste the link into the Google Sheet field in the app.

Two ways to use it: - Import once (immediately) — click the 'Import once' button next to the link field. Every row is queued and sent right away (same 500-row limit and duplicate filter as Excel upload). Use this when your sheet is ready and you don't want to wait for the daily check. - Enable auto-watch — click 'Enable auto-watch'. We check your sheet every morning at 08:00 UTC and automatically send a review request to every new row. Perfect for POS exports or Zapier flows that keep appending rows.

Below the input you'll see your active watchers with their last check time and how many requests were sent. Hit 'Check now' to trigger manually, or the trash icon to stop a watcher.

Edit templates

Edit subject and body under the Email, SMS and WhatsApp tabs. Use placeholders `{first_name}`, `{business}` and `{link}`. Keep SMS under 160 chars to stay in one segment.

QR at the counter

Click 'Download QR' for a 600×600 px PNG with your logo. Stick it on the receipt, on the table or near the exit. A counter QR averages 3× more reviews than email alone.

Track status

Under History see every send: delivered, opened, clicked, reviewed. No reply after 7 days? Click 'Reminder' to send a friendly second nudge automatically.
