SMS requests: budget, quiet hours and opt-out

SMS is billed per message because carrier costs differ per country, so it is not included in any plan — it is pay-as-you-go, and top-ups are available on every plan. Under Settings → Plan & usage → SMS top-ups you see your top-up balance, roughly how many messages that buys and the per-country rate. Top-ups credit instantly through a secure payment and never expire.

No balance? Review requests automatically continue by email — they don't fail.

We only text contacts with a lawful basis, and we store the source and timestamp of that consent on the contact. On top of that a frequency guard applies: one customer receives at most one message per 24 hours, and review requests have a 7-day cooldown. Anyone who already reviewed you is skipped automatically.

Nothing is sent outside 09:00–20:00 in the recipient's country. Messages queue automatically for the next allowed slot.

Every first message includes *Reply STOP to unsubscribe*. A STOP reply suppresses that number permanently and account-wide, across requests and campaigns. Opt-outs are per business: a customer who opts out with you stays reachable for other RecensioAI users.
