How the RecensioAI Score is calculated
The full calculation: five parts, fixed weights and every check we run.
Table of Contents
Five parts, 100 points together
Reputation, 30 points. Your star rating, your number of reviews and how many reviews came in over the last 90 days.
Responsiveness, 20 points. What share of your reviews has an answer, how fast you answer and whether private feedback is followed up.
Profile quality, 25 points. Category, extra categories, description, opening hours, phone and website, photos, services, recent posts and answered questions.
Website and AI readiness, 15 points. Is your website reachable, does it match your profile, how ready your profile is for AI answers, is there an FAQ, are your details machine-readable and do other sites link to you.
Momentum, 10 points. Completed goals (3), review requests sent (3), social posting to Google, Instagram and Facebook (2), weekly consistency (1) and whether automatic replies are on (1).
How points per check work
Every check has a fixed weight. Some checks are on or off, such as opening hours filled in. Others scale, such as your photo count: at 12 photos or more you get the full point, below that a share of it.
A part can never earn more points than its weight. A huge number of reviews can never make up for an empty profile.
The weights are fixed per score version, so the same profile always gets the same score. If we change the calculation we raise the version number, and you see it at the bottom of your score page.
Where the limits sit
A few checks use a scale that fits a local business:
- Stars: 3.5 is the bottom of the useful range, from 4.8 you get the full point. - Number of reviews: around 500 reviews is full marks, and the scale is logarithmic, so your first hundred reviews weigh more than your last hundred. - Fresh reviews: 6 new reviews in 90 days is full. - Reply speed: within 24 hours is full, after two weeks it no longer earns anything. - Other sites linking to you: 10 relevant sites is full.
Where the data comes from
The reviews, photos, opening hours and questions come from your connected Google profile. The replies and requests come from RecensioAI itself. The website check runs live on your own website.
When a check says "from a sample", we could only see part of your reviews, for example in a free scan without a connection. Connect your profile and the check becomes exact.
