What is the RecensioAI Score?

The RecensioAI Score is a number from 0 to 100. It sums up how your business looks to Google, to AI assistants and to a customer choosing between you and the business down the road.

You find it in the app next to your business name. Click it and you see exactly where every point comes from.

The score looks at five parts: your reviews, how often and how fast you reply, how complete your Google profile is, how readable your website and business details are for search engines and AI, and whether you do something every week.

0 to 39, Needs work. The basics are not in place yet. This is where the fastest wins are.

40 to 59, Getting there. You are visible, but customers still see gaps.

60 to 79, Strong. You are among the businesses that look well kept.

80 to 89, Excellent. Your profile is almost complete and your reviews are current.

90 to 100, Elite. You are in the top group. From here it is about holding on to it.

Since score version 3 (September 2026) every check counts. When we cannot see something yet, for example because your Google profile is not connected, that check gets a cautious starting value of 30% of its points. As soon as you connect, we replace the estimate with your real value.

On a free scan we also use the sample of reviews Google shows us: how many of them have an answer and how recent they are.

Two caps make sure a high score is earned. Without a connected Google profile the score stops at 79 (Strong). For 90 or higher (Elite) you also need to answer at least 90% of your reviews, post in the last 30 days and actively send review requests. At the bottom of your score page you can see which share of the 100 points we could truly check.

Without one number, "working on your online presence" stays a feeling. With the score you see at a glance whether you are moving forward, and per part what the next step is.

It is also honest about going down. Stop replying, or let months pass without new reviews, and your score drops. Exactly the way customers notice it too.
