RecensioAI integrates with Shopify
RecensioAI integrates with Shopify. In Shopify you create one webhook on the Order fulfillment event. When you ship an order, we know who bought, and that customer gets a review request at the moment you choose — for example three days after shipping.

Setting up Shopify
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.

In Shopify open Settings (bottom left) → Notifications → Webhooks, and click Create webhook.

Event: "Order fulfillment". Format: JSON. In the URL field, paste our link. Click Save.

Click "Send test notification" in Shopify, then press Test here — you should see a green confirmation.

Questions about the Shopify integration
- Do I need a Shopify app?
- No. You use Shopify's built-in webhook screen under Settings → Notifications → Webhooks. Nothing is installed in your theme.
- Can I wait until the order is delivered?
- Yes. You set the delay from the moment of shipping, so the request only arrives once the parcel has realistically landed.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number — enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
