    What the Treatwell connection does

RecensioAI reads your salon's public Treatwell page. We import the average rating, total review count and newest public reviews. The Treatwell rating appears as a compact card below your Google score. Recent reviews feed your combined Sentiment view for the latest six months.

    How to connect Treatwell

Open Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Treatwell and paste your public salon page URL. We verify the business name and address before accepting the page. Then click Sync now. For eligible salons, RecensioAI can also discover the profile after Google is connected, using the same strict address check.

    Read-only, with no booking access

Treatwell is a review source, not a booking integration. We do not import appointments, customer data or payments. We also cannot publish replies to Treatwell. You reply to those reviews inside Treatwell itself.

Combined with Google and other review platforms

Your Treatwell reviews are combined with reviews from your other connected platforms. AI groups recurring comments about treatments, wait times, hygiene, service and staff. An improvement point normally appears only after three different customers mention it, or two for a location with few reviews. You act on a pattern, not one isolated opinion.
