Connect your Google Business Profile to RecensioAI (video, 2 min)

RecensioAI works with your Google reviews. As long as your business profile is not connected, we cannot see your reviews, so AI replies, review requests and your growth insights stay switched off.

Connecting is a one-time step and takes about 2 minutes. After that, everything runs by itself.

Follow the video above, or walk through these steps:

1. Open Google profile in the app menu and click Connect. 2. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile. 3. Pick your business from the list and grant access. 4. Your reviews then appear in your dashboard automatically.

Once connected, your personal QR code and review link are ready in the app under Review link. Share them everywhere customers see you: on the receipt, at the counter, on invoices, in your email signature and in WhatsApp.

Every scan is a chance for a new review.
