Automation
New row becomes a contact automatically
RecensioAI integrates with Google Sheets
RecensioAI integrates with Google Sheets. Keep a simple spreadsheet with name, email and phone; every new row automatically becomes a contact. Handy when you write customers down by hand or export them from another system.
How RecensioAI connects to Google Sheets
Connection type: native connection. You set it up once and it keeps running without you touching it.
What gets automated
- New row becomes a contact
- We check for new rows every few minutes
- Review request by email or SMS, at the moment you choose
- AI drafts the reply to the review in the customer's own language
Setting up Google Sheets
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.
- 1
Make a Google Sheet with three columns in the first row: name, email, phone.
- 2
In RecensioAI open Contacts → Import → Google Sheet.
- 3
Click Share in your sheet and share it with the email address we show you (Viewer is enough).
- 4
That's it. We check for new rows every few minutes.
From Google Sheets to a new review
Step 1
Customer visits
A guest dines with you, a customer pays, or a job gets completed.
Step 2
Your system reports it
Your POS, reservation system or CRM sends that customer to RecensioAI.
Step 3
Review request goes out
By email or SMS, at the moment you set — never too early.
Step 4
Review or private feedback
The customer chooses: a public review, or feedback straight to you.
Step 5
Reply and follow-up
AI drafts the reply in the customer's own language, and you keep the contact for later.
Questions about the Google Sheets integration
- Do I have to make my sheet public?
- No. You only share it with the email address we show you, as a viewer. The sheet stays private otherwise.
- Which columns do I need?
- Three columns in the first row: name, email, phone. Either email or phone is enough; both is fine too.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number — enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
