Google & Meta
New positive review or scheduled post
RecensioAI integrates with Facebook & Instagram
RecensioAI integrates with Facebook and Instagram through Meta. You connect your business page once; after that new five-star reviews can be shared automatically as a post or story, and your social schedule runs from the same dashboard.
How RecensioAI connects to Facebook & Instagram
Connection type: one-click sign-in. You set it up once and it keeps running without you touching it.
What gets automated
- A new top review automatically becomes a post or story
- Schedule posts ahead from your dashboard
- Imagery in your own brand colours and typeface
Setting up Facebook & Instagram
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.
- 1
Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Facebook & Instagram.

From Facebook & Instagram to a new review
Step 1
Customer visits
A guest dines with you, a customer pays, or a job gets completed.
Step 2
Your system reports it
Your POS, reservation system or CRM sends that customer to RecensioAI.
Step 3
Review request goes out
By email or SMS, at the moment you set — never too early.
Step 4
Review or private feedback
The customer chooses: a public review, or feedback straight to you.
Step 5
Reply and follow-up
AI drafts the reply in the customer's own language, and you keep the contact for later.
Questions about the Facebook & Instagram integration
- Do I need an Instagram business account?
- For Instagram, yes — Meta only allows publishing from a business or creator account linked to your Facebook page.
- Is anything posted without my approval?
- Only if you switch auto-posting on yourself. By default you see every post first and publish with one click.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number — enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
