We're not a credit-first company — we'd rather you forget credits exist. SMS and WhatsApp are delivered through enterprise-grade messaging infrastructure, and every message has a real per-send cost that we cover on your behalf. Each plan ships with a healthy monthly allowance designed to cover the typical business. You only ever need to top up if you outgrow your plan's pool in a given month — and when you do, it's a flat $0.18 per credit at every tier. No bonus tricks, no volume games.
