    Inviting a Team Member

    Go to Settings > Team to invite a new team member. Enter their email address and choose a role. The team member receives an email invitation and can get started immediately after creating an account.

    Roles and Permissions

    RecensioAI has three standard roles: Owner (full access including billing), Admin (full access without billing), and Member (can view and answer reviews but cannot change settings). Each team member gets exactly the access they need.

    Setting Access Per Location

    With multi-location accounts, you can give team members access to specific locations. A branch manager, for example, only has access to their own location's reviews, while a regional manager can manage multiple locations.

    Monitoring Team Activity

    See which team members are active, how many reviews they have answered, and how quickly they respond. This helps you distribute the workload fairly and improve response times.

    Removing or Modifying Team Members

    Change a team member's role or remove their access when needed. Upon removal, the team member is immediately logged out and loses all access. Previous actions by the team member remain visible in the activity log.

    Single Sign-On (SSO)

    For larger organizations, RecensioAI offers Single Sign-On support via SAML 2.0. This makes it easier to manage team members through your existing identity provider. Contact our team for configuration.
