Your Review Link

Your personal Review Link is a unique URL that you share with customers. When a customer clicks this link, they are first asked about their satisfaction level. Positive experiences are forwarded to Google or another review platform. With less positive feedback, you get the opportunity to continue the conversation privately before it becomes a public review.

The Review Link works in three steps. First, the customer rates their experience on a scale. Then, based on the score, the customer is directed accordingly: positive experiences go to your review platform, while negative feedback goes to a private feedback form. Finally, you receive a notification so you can respond immediately.

You can personalize your Review Link with your business name and logo. Go to Settings > Review Link to customize the appearance. You can also set the threshold: at which score a customer is directed to the review platform and at which score to the feedback form.
