RecensioAI offers different subscription plans tailored to the size and needs of your business. Each plan includes a certain number of review requests per month, locations, and team members. View your current subscription and usage under Settings > Subscription.

Each plan has limits for the number of review requests, active locations, team members, and API calls. Your dashboard shows in real time how much of your limits you have used. You will receive a notification when approaching your limit.

Upgrade your subscription when you need more capacity. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrading can be done at the end of your billing period. When downgrading, features not included in the new plan will be disabled.

View and download all your invoices under Settings > Billing. RecensioAI accepts payments via credit card, iDEAL, and Bancontact. Invoices are automatically sent to the email address linked to your account.

Add your VAT number to your account for correct VAT reporting on your invoices. For businesses within the EU, the reverse charge mechanism applies. Contact our team if you have specific billing requirements.
