    Setting Up a Campaign

    Create a new campaign under Automations > Auto Campaigns. Choose the channel (email, SMS, or WhatsApp), set the timing (for example, 2 hours after addition), and select the template. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously for different customer segments.

    Importing and Connecting Contacts

    Import contacts manually via a CSV file or connect your CRM, POS system, or booking system. For each new customer in the connected system, the campaign starts automatically. RecensioAI supports connections with popular systems via Zapier and native integrations.
