AI Agents are automated workflows that take over specific tasks in your reputation management. They work 24/7 in the background and execute actions based on rules you set. Think of automatically responding to reviews, sending follow-ups, and detecting anomalies.

Go to Automations in your dashboard to configure AI Agents. Choose a trigger (for example, a new review), set the conditions (for example, a score of 4 or higher), and define the action (for example, automatically post a thank you message). You can combine multiple agents for more complex workflows.

Common automations include: automatically responding to 5-star reviews with a personalized thank you, sending a private follow-up for reviews below 3 stars, automatically sharing top reviews on social media, and sending a weekly overview to your team.
